Grand Mariner's 2008 Spring Party

Our annual Spring Party will be held on Saturday, May 18th.  As usual, it will be a fun-filled afternoon of games, great food, and fantastic music.

12:00 - 1:00 Famous Dinghy Beer Race.  You paddle with one hand and resist drinking a cup of beer held in the other hand.

1:00 - 2:00 Noodle Water Polo.  Ages 6 - 14.  Must be able to swim (or wear a life jacket).

2:00 - 6:00 Catfish Flats Band.  During the breaks we will have:

• Hula Hoop Contest
• The Great Lizard Derby (Bring your own lizard.)
• The Rubber Ducky Race
• and of course -- The Limbo!

2:00 - Food should be ready.  The menu of the day includes shrimp, crawfish, hamburgers, hot dogs, soft drinks, and draft beer.

Tickets are $35 per peson, available at the Dock House.  Children 10 and under are free when accompanied by an adult.  Call 251.443.6300 for more information.

Proceeds will be donated to the Louise Carlson Camp Smile Memorial Fund, providing camperships for children with disabilities.  I you cannot attend, consider sending a donation to support this worthwhile effort.
